And as we were in the process of buying another house at the same time, we appreciated not having to be heavily involved in our sale. Our house and property have a couple unusual aspects not seen in more conventional properties in the neighborhood. We soon realized that your intention was to emphasize the positives of these aspects, and to let prospective clients feel that they would be getting something special if they bought our place.
